- Organize and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas to meet required stock levels and ensure efficient production at a supervisory level.

JOB SUMMARY
This role plays a key part in the success of the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain by overseeing the kitchen staff and operations. Ensuring consistent food preparation and presentation, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen. In the Chef and Sous Chef's absence, this role takes charge of the kitchen operations. Adhering to the specifications set by the Chef for food preparation and presentation is essential. Demonstrating the Sanctuary Commitments and Commitment to Care is crucial for success in this role within the Sanctuary community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have the following skills and capabilities, and demonstrate their ability to perform the job's essential functions effectively, even in high-stress situations and challenging environments:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent. Current Food Handler's Card.
Related Work Experience: Four years high-end kitchen experience and/or equivalent formal education is preferred. Experience with hospitality and customer service, preferred.
