Your Responsibilities:


  • Converter/control cabinet design in the lowvoltage range.
  • Development of converter devices and components.
  • Integration of devices and components into control cabinets.
  • Safe and normcompliant design of components and assemblies to ensure manufacturability and reasonable costs.
  • Creation of associated documents and maintenance of data in the data management system.
  • Supervision of tests and component introduction or modification processes.
  • Coordination with internal and external parties in Germany and abroad.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, ideally with several years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient and experienced in using Siemens IEC Teamcenter and Siemens NX.
  • Experience with Siemens Simcenter (NX Thermal/Flow or StarCCM+ or NX NASTRAN) is desirable.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in designing lowvoltage power components and control cabinet devices is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal processing.
  • Excellent knowledge of structural component design.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Negotiation skills in German.
