Who we are:

• Miller's is a family owned, specialty retail store located in Mamaroneck, NY. We sell children's clothing, footwear, toys and bikes. We are two blocks from Metro North train station in the heart of Mamaroneck, NY.
• We have been in Mamaroneck for 75 years and have won numerous awards, achievements and honors for our contribution to the sound shore community.
• We are a destination in Westchester County for toys, shoes, fashion and bicycles and are known for our excellent customer service.

About the job:

• Do you love RETAIL? Then this is the job for you Our team is fun, friendly and proud of our reputation.
• Your job is to offer knowledge and customer service to our clientele; many are 3rd generation Miller's shoppers
• Parttime jobs are available in our toy department (minimum 20 hours/week plus 2 Saturday/month). "Jump in" so to speak and help us with pricing, register check out, store organization and a perhaps a window display if you are so inclined.
• Full time jobs are also available with prior retail experience required. Help us run the ship Must have a solid understanding of one of our specialty businesses (toys, clothing or shoes) as well as excellent customer service skills. Must be able to operate and check out customers at the cash register and create effective merchandising displays in store as needed. Restock, and assist with reordering.

• You enjoy working with and being around children and their families.
• You have experience working in children's retail.
• You can use a computer easily and understand POS systems.
• You are physically strong and eager to work hard.
