- Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities in the restoration industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to define sales strategies and goals.
- Participating in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services.
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.
- Complete sales routes and document sales activities within our CRM
- Complete required sales reporting
- Make group presentation to prospect organizations (e.g. Continuing Education (CE) classes)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
- High sense of professionalism, integrity, tenacity, community, and honor
- Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
