Job Details

Position: Server

Location: Saginaw, MI

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time available. 3-5 days a week, rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Hours: 6:30am-2:00pm and 3:00pm-7:30pm

Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience - Lets talk

Job Summary:

Our company is looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to make quick and effective decisions

Team player

Positive attitude

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

Providing guests with information about our products and services

Assisting guests with any needs or inquiries

Resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Proactively seeking feedback from guests to improve their experience

Attend all training sessions

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
