A day as a Pastry Supervisor:

  • Oversee and motivate the pastry kitchen production team
  • Support in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivity
  • Support airline presentations as needed (example, support with production of additional products to present to airline clients, and more)
  • Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations
  • Cover for Head of Pastry when needed, ensuring production and operations run smoothly as well as sending end of shift report
  • Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions

Who you are:


  • Possess excellent production skills for high end pastries
  • Knowledgeable of different techniques and cuisines
  • Have a handson approach, selfdriven and a dedicated personality
  • Proactive and selforganized
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet timeline goals and deadlines
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Able to accurately monitor wastage
  • Flexibility (different shifts days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • 2 years of experience
