Essential Duties/Core Competencies:
- Explain various game combinations, payouts, and jackpots.
- Reset slot errors, whenever necessary.
- Respond to all customers' needs in assigned area.
- Render general assistance to gaming players, and forwards complaints to management as necessary.
- Safeguard company assets, and gaming keys.
- Replace gaming machine cash out tickets.
- Assist customers with gaming machines where necessary, and also provides directions, general information about upcoming events, and assists with slot operation, and services.
- Promote excellent customer service by answering patron questions, understands all marketing & property information, and rendering general assistance when necessary.
- Maintain an open line of communications with superiors.
- Assist customers with player card sign ups.
- Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work/Educational Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations.

- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the property or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
