Overview:

Learn Academy is looking for Behavior Interventionist that is proficient
in Sign Language for our location in Victorville, CA.

The hourly pay rate starts at $19.00 p/h

This is a 11-month school year position, with summer and school breaks(fall, winter, spring) off and not paid.

Please Note:

The starting rate for a Behavioral Technician is $18.00 per hour, $ 19.00 for RBT.**
Responsibilities:As a Behavior Interventionist, you'll be a part of a school-based special education team.

You'll provide assistance to the teacher in the implementation of all program components such as:
Clinical Program, Instruction, Special Education Services and Physical Fitness. You will be supported by a mentor, veteran behavior technicians and an on-site administrator manager.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required;
    college degree preferred:
  • Must be fluent in Sign Language/ASL
  • Experience working with children in a special needs education setting including
    moderate to severe disabilites, toileting, and extensive ABA experience:
  • Bilingual a plus

Compensation Range:
$17 - $25 / hour
