Job Description:
- Managing and leading the assembly team in a professional and disciplinary manner
- Training new employees
- Implementing and documenting quality assurance measures
- Shop floor management, conducting team meetings and employee discussions
- Continuously developing the skills and abilities of the team
- Providing cross-departmental support, particularly in project-related matters
- Assisting with capacity planning in close coordination with the department manager
- Assisting with material preparation
- Conducting machine acceptance tests with customers on site
- Supporting employees in final assembly, commissioning, and start-up of systems
- Conducting training sessions for customers
- Undertaking service assignments and start-ups at customer sites
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in assembly, with relevant training and possible further qualifications
- Enjoyment in leading an experienced team of employees
- Strong professional and interpersonal judgement
- Enthusiasm, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
- Flexible, independent, structured, and transparent work style
- Confident demeanor, goal-oriented, and reliable
