Join our team as a Digital Ad Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms.

You will be responsible for campaign trafficking, ensuring creative quality assurance, and seamless execution.

Your contributions will extend to setting up, managing, and refining advertising campaigns, while supporting the team in developing operational strategies for our digital products and services.


Job Description:

As the Digital Advertising Operations Specialist you will be responsible for campaign trafficking, creative QA and execution.

While performing a range of tasks related to set up, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, and aiding the team in the overall operational strategies for digital products and services.


  • Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the quality and timely execution of client campaigns through connected tracking and trafficking as well as implementing pixels and tagging on websites.
  • Responsible for all components of digital campaigns; assist Campaign Ops Manager in daytoday support, troubleshooting, QAing campaigns, and providing overall coverage for the team
  • Ensure proper execution, optimization, and delivery
  • Proactively review campaign assets (Creative, IOs, and tags) and monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance, providing recommendations and consultancy for full optimization fo campaigns
  • Assist Ops Manager with taxonomy, data governance, ad tagging, and Salesforce/ Order Management product mapping
  • Perform quality assurance and analysis of creative assets and thirdparty ad tags
  • Manage the operational aspects of custom digital products sponsored Newsletters, Branded Content promotion, inhouse admail (via Sailthru), 1st party data cohorts (via Permutive)
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and relevant teams to ensure new products meet Sales and Operational needs assist with operational rollout; test and confirm functionality of new ad products and ad experiences


  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in Digital Advertising
  • Requires experience in Google Ad Manager, and thirdparty networks, and thirdparty exchanges
  • Proficient in Ad Tag Syntax or HTML required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, web search database search.
  • Must be detailoriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong knowledge of webbased, mobile and video display advertising units
  • Strong familiarity with advertising and digital marketing terminology
  • Experience in ad units of measurements (CPM/CPD/CPC)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer focus that conveys responsiveness and competence
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions

  • The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $68,500 $75,500 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At The L.A.
