Job Description

  • Advising the departments and management on all legal issues related to project structuring and project implementation
  • Contract drafting and review with a focus on achieving the dena's business goals
  • Development and improvement of standard contracts and other legal templates and guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with internal company policies
  • The position is available in parttime or fulltime and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Requirements

  • Solid legal knowledge, demonstrated by at least satisfactory exams
  • Knowledge of data protection law is advantageous
  • Independent, thorough, and reliable work ethic, with the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new legal areas
  • Strong writing skills and good communication abilities
  • Teamwork and a solutionoriented consulting mentality
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills.
