The Position:


  • We're looking for a Human Resource Assistant. The pay range we're offering is based on experience.
  • We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
  • We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for fulltime positions.

Requirements:


  • 35 years Human Resource experience, Associate's degree or Certificate a plus
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of personnel information
  • Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality

Responsibilities:


  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department.
  • Process weekly time sheets and track employee absences.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts and special events.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws for each Cordeck location.

This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
