Primary Responsibilities:


  • Post lineitem check, wire, or ACH payments to customer accounts within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Participate in department projects and take an active role in assisting and driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
  • Monthend closing process to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and also adhering to set deadlines.
  • Maintain organized electronic files of all accounts receivable documentation as required.
  • Special projects as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Above average skills in
:

Excel, and Computer Literacy.

  • Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheet formulas.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written), problemsolving skills, and critical thinking.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with constant deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work independently and also willing to work within the team.
