    Job DescriptionSalary: $25-$40

    THE CREW LEADER ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

    • You aspire for a long-term career in landscape construction

    • You have a valid Driver's license with a clean driving recorded
    • You can demonstrate a solid skill set to accomplish our projects

    THE ROLE:

    • Managing a crew of 1-2 other landscapers on mostly residential properties
    • Ensuring a professional onsite image is maintained
    • Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and clean to be productive and hit scheduled goals
    • The point person for our customer – keeping them in the know on their landscape, making recommendations, and ensuring they are happy with our services
    • Updating our record keeping system to keep the company operating smoothly
    • Setting the pace to meet quality & productivity standards
