Third Generation Window & Gutter Cleaning is seeking Technicians for our growing company.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals that are professional, detail oriented and passionate about transforming the look of customers' homes.

Ideal applicants should have a "whatever it takes" attitude and the ability to think critically.


Duties & Responsibilities:


You must have experience leading a crew of 1-2 individuals. Window cleaning and gutter cleaning experience preferred. Customer service and professional demeanor is a must as you will be the primary contact for customers. Perfect job for those who have experience with pressure washing, roofing, painting and home maintenance.

• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Power Washing
• Gutter Repair and Replacement

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, Occasional weekends

Qualifications:

• Experience with window and/ or gutter cleaning
• Excellent customer service skills and critical thinking
• Experience managing a crew of 12 individuals and running jobs from start to finish
• Proficient with usage of extension ladders
• Ability to pass a background screen.
• Professional and clean cut
• Nonsmoker preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Third Generation Window & Gutter Cleaning is a family owned and operated company that provides window and gutter cleaning services to residential and commercial clients located throughout the MetroWest area.

Salary Range:
Crew Leaders make $22-26/hour to start based on experience.
