- Perform Roadway design and analysis to include new roads, road widening, intersections, sidewalks, trails, bike lanes, multi-modal, etc.
- Oversee work of junior engineers and designers/drafters
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers and leadership team to resolve project issues
- Provide technical expertise during both bidding and construction
- Work with client to ensure proper preparation of the scope of work
- Comply with company guidelines, quality control measures and regulations
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with ABET accreditation
- EIT
- Roadway design or related experience
- Proficient in various Transportation CAD software, such as GEOPAK/InRoads and Autodesk Civil 3D
- Must be able to pass drug and background check
- PE license
- Drainage/Stormwater design
- Proficient in Bentley OpenRoads
