Description
Boar's Head Deli Trainer:
Essential Responsibilities include the following : Other duties may be assigned.
- Teach and lead by example. Ensure that deli associates have proper knowledge of products, including benefits and proper handling.
- Promote and Protect the Boar's Head Brand
- Teach deli associates product knowledge, benefits and proper handling of our products
- Implement Sandwich programs, catering programs, Holiday item programs, ect. with customers
- Maintain relationships with deli and store managers
- Sample and demo product to consumers
- Create excitement in the deli through demos, selling events, announcements, contests, ext.
Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have previous deli experience
- Have dependable transportation
- Able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift and or move up to 40lbs.

$ $25.00 per hour
