Responsibilities:

You will be the interface between departments, application development/IT, and our internal customers/partners.
Your daily tasks will include providing technical support, maintenance, and further development of our application systems within the performance processing from submission to case processing to payment.
You will also be responsible for advising customers/stakeholders on requirements, as well as analyzing and evaluating new or changing needs for existing processes and IT systems.
You will actively participate in projects for the further development and implementation of existing systems and modules, potentially in a leading project role.
Your daily business will involve creating technical concepts, managing implementation, and documenting requirements for our performance systems.
You will also develop test concepts and participate in testing.
Additionally, you will conduct workshops and training sessions as part of requirement conception and project implementation, including coordinating and supporting the implementation phase.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field.
You have professional experience in ITrelated technical conception of requirements and their implementation.
Your personal strengths include strong analytical and conceptual skills.
You can clearly present complex relationships and are proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.
Your quick comprehension and willingness to think beyond your own field of work round out your profile.
You speak and write excellent German.
