Position Overview:
Construction Manager
Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English
With 1-4 years of residential construction experience is a plus but not required
With knowledge/experience with Ground Up Multi Family Apartments Projects is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multifamily residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Lead onsite construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (LA time).
