In the
Personal Assistance role, the focus is on supporting individuals with physical disabilities in their daily lives. The goal of assistance is to enable people with disabilities to live independently. Previous experience is not necessary.
Career changers are just as welcome as experienced
assistance professionals.

Services are typically provided in block shifts of
24 hours, including rest and sleep times. A full-time employee, for example, would work an average of
two days per week and then have time off. This allows for a great balance between assistance and studying, self-employment, or family life.


Your tasks in assistance include:


  • Support with personal care
  • Preparation and serving of meals and drinks
  • Household assistance
  • Accompaniment to work/study and leisure activities
  • Small errands in daily life
