Description

The main focus of this role is to oversee a maintenance team within a shift at Salmon Brook.

Together with this team, you will ensure the preventive maintenance and upkeep of conveyor and building systems, as well as compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

A high level of initiative and technical expertise will ensure the high availability and continuous improvement of all systems.

Key job responsibilities:

• Ensuring the highest possible availability of all technical systems.
• Supporting the development of our logistics center by participating in technical projects. This includes contributing to the expansion of existing and new systems.
• Developing training plans for service technicians.
• Creating preventive maintenance programs.
• Managing the technical team by motivating, guiding, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization.

• Bad Hersfeld, HE, DEU

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's or technician degree in electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, or related technical fields, or a completed apprenticeship in these areas, with at least two years of experience in leading a technical team.
