Description

We are located approximately 20 miles north of Boston and parking is free. We are also accessible by commuter rail on the Newburyport/Rockport line. Come and explore Endicott's seaside locale where employees are an important part of the bustling campus community.

This is a leadership position and is expected to commence around May with training beforehand.

Conduct pre-event meetings with assigned staff to discuss all relevant details for group services and setups. Inspect function areas, tables, bars, buffets, receptions, and breaks to ensure they are clean, attractive, and well-organized.
Oversee and train service personnel.
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Support the Banquet Director in managing inventory.
Prepare equipment for the next day's operations. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all banquet equipment on a regular basis. Ensure banquet areas are tidy, stocked, and ready for expected business levels.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols, and promptly report any incidents or hazards to management.
May act as the Manager on Duty when required.
