Job Overview:


We are Distributor of Construction Materials seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, entering their orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and orders.
  • Enter customer orders and route them through our system
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding thier orders
  • Enter customer orders and follow orders to make sure they are processed and fulfilled with attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues or concerns
  • From time to time you will be required to actually pull orders and do quality checks on orders to make sure everything is correct
  • Meet or exceed customers expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment

$45, $60,000.00 per year
