Position Title:
Personal Banker/Teller

Summary:

Complete high-level tasks related to banking accounts; including checking, savings, and loan transactions. Responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service. Discuss banking products with customers as well as opening new accounts. Balance cash drawer.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Customer Assistance
• Perform Teller Duties
• Run and balance a teller drawer which includes but is not limited to cashing checks, taking deposits and making loan payments
• Issue cashier's checks and money orders
• Open new accounts
• Provide Debit/ATM Card assistance
• Provide Online Banking assistance
• Use banking and financial programs
• Problemsolve with use of criticalthinking skills

Qualifications/Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of banking and financial services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills.
• Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in team environment Good

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• 1+ years in financial services or retail/business banking

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
