    Job DescriptionSenior Accountant
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Senior Accountant in the Phoenix area. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant who will play an integral role on the accounting team, be responsible for the completion of month-end close, and subsequent reporting. The company environment values work/life balance and has a very attractive hiring range (DOE) and benefits package.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and research variances
    • Ensures proper and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger
    • Responsible for timely and accurate month-end accounting close
    • Assist with payroll
    • Ad hoc projects
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience
    • Public accounting experience, preferred

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
    • CPA, preferred

    Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
    • Strong understanding of US GAAP and application of accounting principles

    Compensation: $80,000-95,000
    Benefits may include Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, and 401k (with match)
