    Career Service/Recruiting Coordinator - Onsite Atlanta Office

    In the role of Career Services Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our seasoned recruiting and sales teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the recruiting team by sourcing candidates through various methods to build a strong pipeline
    • Engage with candidates via multiple channels such as phone calls, text messages, emails, and job boards
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and job details to ensure suitability before passing to recruiters
    • Contribute to team success and create a positive candidate experience post-hiring
    • Learn departmental functions including timecard approval, client relationships, special education requirements, and licensing

    Qualifications:

    • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
    • Enthusiastic collaborator supporting change and creativity
    • Understanding of KPIs and achieving team goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Detail-oriented with the capacity to meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Prior experience in customer service and recruiting/sourcing
