Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative in Washington We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to provide top-notch service to our clients.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
