A highly organized and professional individual with receptionist and administrative duties.

General office building responsibilities including reception as well as administrative duties to a Real Estate & Development company across the hall from reception.


Cedar Workspace Receptionist Duties:


  • Greet customer appointments and walkins for the building and directing them to their destination.
  • Manage building tenant relations, rent roll, docuemnt processing and filing
  • Maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
  • General office building duties (sort mail, schedule contractors for the building, take out & bring in refuse & recycling, light housekeeping/tidying up, etc.)

Schraufnagel Real Estate & Development Duties:
Help facilitate everyday duties of a top producing real estate and development office.

This role requires skilled multi-tasking and the ability to wear several hats in order to handle all administrative aspects of a real estate business.

The Real Estate Admin is comfortable working in a busy office environment, prioritizing many detailed tasks, and delivering a great customer experience to walk-ins, colleagues, and customers and who call the office line.


  • Reception (in addition to reception duties listed above, answer incoming calls to Schraufnagel Real Estate & Development).
  • Maintain digital contact relationship manager (CRM) of Real Estate & Development customers and leads.
  • Maintain digital file management of Real Estate and Development documents.
  • Conduct a weekly real estate transaction file audit
  • Maintain Company shared calendar.
  • Manage Accounts Recievable & Accounts Payable. Set up ACH Payments, Write Checks, Incode invoices, Invoicing, Financial Spreadsheets,
  • Maintain database of Sub-Contractor Certificates of Insurance.
  • Monthly Reporting to Government Agencies
  • Receiving and forwarding mail to appropriate parties.
  • Preparing and mailing closing gifts to Real Estate Clients.
  • Respond to incoming tasks on the fly.
  • Order & Pickup plan sets for construction from printer's office and deliver to desired location.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed.

A higher starting pay to be considered with 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
Pay:

From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
