Our Credit Controller position is responsible for managing and processing outstanding receivables, aiming to improve timely collection of past-due receivables for assigned portfolios.

The role includes contacting customers with past-due balances, resolving invoice disputes, and preparing accounts for escalation with necessary documentation. You must be adept in using AR systems and ERP sub-ledgers, and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You are required to be a self-driven individual who is capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.


Qualifications

  • Communicate to recover and process outstanding receivables
  • Improve timely collection of pastdue receivables for assigned portfolios
  • Participate in process improvement, reporting, control design, and system implementations
  • Drive DSO improvement/stability for assigned portfolios
  • Contact customers with pastdue balances, resolving invoice disputes
  • Manage workflows aligned with company KPIs
  • Master AR systems and ERP subledgers
  • Process and resolve inbound collection inquiries
  • Prepare and send pastdue/demand notice letters for collections
  • Prepare and send Statements out to customers
  • Prepare accounts for escalation with necessary documentation
  • Work positively and professionally in a team environment with employees, customers, and vendors
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Selfdriven and motivated individual
  • Proven Collections experience handling high volumes
  • Contacting clients for prompt payments and commitment followups
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Effective multitasker in a fastpaced, goaloriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • 1 or more years of credit collections experience
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Physical activity may include:
  • Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, with occasional mobility in an office environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by an office environment
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both inperson and through electronic means
  • Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and or fingers due to continuous typing or writing


Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
