We are currently seeking talented individuals (M/F/d) to join our existing team for customer service and support.

Some common questions that need to be addressed include:

What payment options are available and how can delivery be arranged?
How can products be returned and what is the process for items that do not meet customer expectations?
Are there products available in different colors or sizes that may not be visible on the website?
How can customers manage their passwords for their personal accounts and adjust newsletter settings?
How are warranty claims and premium redemptions handled?

This means:

Taking every customer concern seriously
If unable to resolve a request immediately, calling the customer back at the agreed upon time
Documenting all customer interactions in our IT system so that colleagues can assist when needed

Having a friendly and approachable demeanor
Fluent in French
