Job DescriptionAs the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our plant operations.

With a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety, you will lead a diverse team of 100 employees towards achieving exceptional performance and productivity.

Champion the management of all plant operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 100 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in manufacturing processes, leveraging technology to optimize production. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, setting the standard for a safe and respectful workplace.

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align plant operations with company strategy and customer needs.

Manage and oversee the development of annual budgets, closely monitoring performance to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Proactively engage in talent development, creating opportunities for growth and development within your team.

Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree is an asset but not a requirement; we value hands-on experience and a track record of success in the food or beverage manufacturing sector.

Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within food or beverage manufacturing, showing a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.

A history of achieving results through people, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Comprehensive understanding of the food or beverage industry's regulatory environment and quality standards. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs. Resilience and adaptability, with a capacity to navigate the challenges and dynamics of a manufacturing environment.
