    Marketing Coordinator


    Job Information:
    Full time, contact-to-permanent opportunity

    Location:
    Barnegat, NJ with occasional travel throughout New Jersey

    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (In the office. Not a remote position)

    Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
    Manage a variety of marketing, public relations, and business development projects for company.

    Work with property managers and teams to brand communities on social outlets along with campaigns to fill apartment homes.

    Manage google accounts for properties.
    Manage portfolio website and social media channels in support of public relations and marketing strategy.
    Help with Constant contact contract set ups
    Build and manage relationships, and negotiate contracts, with outside vendors and external contractors.
    Draft and publish in-house marketing communications and participate in department-wide marketing meetings.
    Design and oversee production of advertisements and signage.
    Field and route prospective client communications to appropriate properties.
    Track return-on-investment of firm marketing efforts.
    Schedule photo sessions with property managers and teams.
    Assist Director of Marketing and perform additional tasks as assigned.

    Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
    A minimum of 2 years of related marketing experience required.
    Experience with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
    Previous experience with website marketing and design is a plus.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and social media platforms.
