Our client is a European distributor specializing in the distribution of electronic components.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively and independently build and maintain customer relationships through all communication channels and utilizing the CRM database
  • Provide competent advice and support to customers from initial contact, handling technical inquiries, price calculations, creating quotes, order processing, contract closure, and aftersales support
  • Responsible for sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop sales with existing customers
  • Identify potential new customers
  • Actively acquire new customers
  • Support field sales representatives
  • Occasionally accompany field sales on customer visits
  • Maintain data and documents using the CRM/ERP system
  • Create market, customer, and industry analyses
  • Participate in sales meetings and trade fairs

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales is required
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Persuasive, goaloriented, and dynamic personality
  • High level of initiative and selforganization
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Independent, teamoriented, and flexible work style
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of the electronics/sensor industry is advantageous but not required, as regular product training will be provided
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Communication with international suppliers
