Social Pedagogical Supervisor (m/f/d) in the field of vocational preparation/integration to be based in Ingolstadt and Neuburg an der Donau.

The position is initially limited.

  • Vocational Training Centers of the Bavarian Economy (bfz) gGmbH
  • Ingolstadt & Neuburg an der Donau

Responsibilities:


  • Counseling and support for participants
  • Contacts with other institutions
  • Internship acquisition
  • Assumption of parts of the teaching
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Contacts with clients
  • Maintenance, application and improvement of the quality management system

Profile:


  • Relevant, completed degree or comparable recognized pedagogical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Enjoyment of working with young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team orientation and organizational skills
  • Social and intercultural competences
