HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For our client, one of Germany's largest independent laboratory suppliers and service providers, we are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team.

The company reliably meets the high demand of its customers for laboratory equipment, materials, chemicals, and services. It develops integrated solutions for everyday laboratory work in research, science, industry, and education. Customers particularly appreciate the professional and needs-oriented partnership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for coding and booking of cost creditors as well as checking for formal correctness regarding cost creditor invoices
In addition, you will be responsible for accounts receivable accounting and control business transactions
You will review claims and liabilities, monitor corresponding open item lists, and handle debt collection if necessary
Taking payment deadlines into account, you will prepare payment transactions
Finally, you will be the contact person for other departments and communicate with external stakeholders if necessary
