Starting May 1st, 2024 or by agreement, we are looking for a person to join our kitchen team in a full-time position.
This is an exciting, challenging, and dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovative and modern cuisine.
Main responsibilities include:
- Organizing and overseeing all stations (Garde Manger, Patisserie, Saucier, Entremétier)
- Preparing Mise-en
- Place for all stations
- Daily cleaning tasks and implementation of hygiene plan Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as a chef with a federal certificate
- Interest in sustainability, regional and seasonal cuisine
- Passion and motivation for innovative and high quality gastronomy
- Ability to handle high pressure and flexibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills Employment:
- Full time based on a weekly working time of 42 hours.
