We are looking for you to join our team as a Master / Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d) at our location in Marburg as soon as possible.

Marburg | _000162 Your tasks:

You coordinate, organize, and carry out repair and maintenance measures as well as ensure the proper functioning of building, operational, and medical technical systems and facilities.

You organize inspections and approvals by experts and specialists, including documentation and remediation of defects. You commission external service providers and carry out order documentation, warranty assessments, invoice verification, and quality control. You maintain and optimize technical systems in the building stock.

Your profile:

You have completed a master's or technician's training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, supply/building technology, or have a comparable qualification with many years of professional experience.

You are able to coordinate complex processes and are familiar with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Occupational Safety and Health Act, Medical Device Law, Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, etc.). Knowledge of facility management, ideally focused on compliance with operator obligations (regulations, standards, and laws). Experience with CAFM, CAD, and BMS software is an advantage. Class B driver's license required.
