    Seeking for an Mi-Jack/Travel Lift Operator ASAP

    Onsite Staffing Services is recruiting for a progressive and growing manufacturer of precast concrete products. We are seeking to hire an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Mi-Jack/Travel Lift Operator. Work with Mi-Jack rubber-tired gantry cranes (70 Ton up to 100 Ton).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

    Responsible for operating traveling crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads. Ensures load is safely attached to crane before making a pick. Operate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions. Inspect crane for safety issues daily.

    Determine if any parts are malfunctioning. Lift, position, and place machinery, equipment, formwork, etc. to facilitate the production and storage of our products. Load completed products on trucks or barges to ship to customers. Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy. Responsible for daily inspection of crane and all rigging equipment.

    1st shift Monday – Friday with some weekend if needed.

    Duties included:


    • Strip panels and operate crane to mount panels on trailers.


    • Building molds from blueprint specification


    • Charge of running an overhead crane to pour concrete in molds


    • Preferred experience working with concrete


    • Ability to read a tape measure and a blueprint


    • Ability to lift to 100 pounds several times a day


    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment


    • Willingness to work inclement weather conditions


    • Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely


    • Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards


    • Operates company equipment safely


    • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor


    • Good communication and teamwork skills


    • Must have reliable transportation


    • Must have steel toe boots/shoes.


    • Must be willing to work Overtime.


    • Must have a valid Driver/CDL License


    • Other duties as assigned
