The Role

Our Knowledge Management team at LucaNet is responsible for collecting, preparing, and distributing technical and software-related information for both internal and external audiences in Hillsboro. As a Technical Writer/Knowledge Manager, you will assist us in creating and maintaining documentation for our software, as well as organizing and presenting knowledge tailored to specific target groups. This role offers the opportunity to take on exciting tasks and contribute your ideas to our expanding and innovative work environment.

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for various tasks related to documenting the LucaNet software.
  • You will make LucaNet's existing knowledge accessible and user-friendly, ensuring transparency and providing targeted access for different audiences.
  • You will write easy-to-understand materials for users of the LucaNet software and may also create short videos as needed.
  • You will support our software development team with UX writing.
  • You will collaborate with the team and other departments to develop concepts for internal and external knowledge transfer and implement them.
