Job Description:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on hiring progress and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting, with a focus on the intelligence community
  • Technical recruiting experience supporting the Maryland customer and other 3 letter agencies
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within the Intel and IC sectors
  • Strong understanding of security clearance requirements and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
