- Assist in the execution of marketing and sales strategies for each client with lead generation and promotions
- Facilitate consumer-to-brand connections by interacting with consumers on-site to answer questions and explain client product/service features
- Assist in connecting customers as qualified leads to senior sales consultants
- Perform customer follow-ups and ensure consumer satisfaction
- Assist the manager with any day-to-day administrative support as required
- Provide brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their services throughout every step of the sales process
- Train with management and members of the Entry Level Client Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge
- Have an interest in leadership and communication
- Expect to grow and progress past the entry level and into a more advanced role within our company or the client organization
- Be comfortable in a team-oriented environment and enjoy collaborating on strategy, sales, systems, and more
- Hold oneself to the tall standards our clients expect from our firm
- Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Policy, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, retail, management, or marketing
- Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
- Reliable transportation
