We are currently seeking a candidate (m/f/d) for our client in Burlingame, CA for the position of Onsite Support at their location in Bremen.
This is a direct hire opportunity.What our client offers you:

Your new responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd level support and IT user support (via phone and onsite)
- Onsite and onsite support
Error analysis and resolution:
Administration of IT applications
Installation and configuration of hardware and software:
- User management (Active Directory)
- Documentation of incoming issues
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in IT (IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, IT system salesman, electronics technician, etc.)
- Experience in
IT support: - Good knowledge and experience in
Windows and
Office environment: - Knowledge in the area of
Windows Server 2016: - High service orientation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
