Boutique Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist to join our team This position includes handling a multitude of tasks and responsibilities related to the operations within the company and requires a strong multitasking professional.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, file/record management, office coordination, and general office tasks or duties.- Unlimited Earning Potential

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Provide administrative support to other staff
- Maintenance of files, records, and data organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to take initiative and work without supervision and independently
- Experience working in an office setting
- Strong sense of urgency and a passion for getting results
Pay:
$38, $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
