- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success in sales, particularly membership sales in the fitness industry
- Background in Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, or related fields
- Availability for a 2-week out-of-town training program
- Effective listening skills to foster team collaboration
- Capacity to work independently and cooperate with studio owners and sister studios
- Oversee and drive all revenue from membership sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting
- Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously
- Highly organized, skilled in data management, and adept at prioritizing tasks
