Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on their availability and location.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
