JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an apprentice at Benton, you will learn the skills to manufacture, assemble, and repair state-of-the-art injection molds. Using technical drawings and your strong technical understanding, you will produce components through milling, turning, and grinding. You will also analyze and troubleshoot any errors that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS:
Manual dexterity and technical understanding. You are able to independently search for new solutions and have a creative mindset, always seeking new challenges. You have completed at least a secondary school education or have a high school diploma. You have an interest in mathematics and physics. You are a team player with good communication skills. You are eager to learn and take initiative.

During your three and a half year apprenticeship, you will specifically learn how to manufacture, assemble, maintain, inspect, and repair injection molds using CNC and NC machines.
