- Maintain inventory logs for final product, works in progress, returned items, consumables, excipients, and all other materials required by the manufacturing facility.
- Manage finished goods inventory control, including tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts, and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Coordinate ordering and tracking of raw materials and supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery and availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with all regulations and accuracy of inventory levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
- Confirm delivered goods match purchase order documentation
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of inventory-related tasks.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age to apply.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field required; experience in a cannabis company preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry-specific regulations, including seed-to-sale tracking requirements, is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our team at Etain Health, a leading medicinal cannabis company. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for coordinating ordering and tracking of inventory, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
