The competence area Glatt Process & Plant Engineering plans, designs and implements projects in plant engineering worldwide.

The range of services includes the expansion or modernization of existing installations, as well as the partial or complete construction of production facilities.

With sustainable process and factory planning tailored to individual technology requirements, the competence area supports its customers from idea to turnkey production.

For our location in Weimar, we are looking for a EMSR Planning Engineer Building Technology (m/f/d) to strengthen our competence area Process & Plant Engineering.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning activities from concept study to detail engineering
  • Selection and specification of electrical supply for complex construction projects in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries
  • Selection and specification of building automation systems, taking into account interfaces to neighboring disciplines
  • Selection and specification of communication and security technology
  • Support in creating offers for EMSR-relevant sub-projects in accordance with DIN 276
  • Technical tenders, bid evaluation and awarding of electrical systems and services
  • Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as review of technical documentation
  • Inspection and acceptance of electrical and automation equipment
  • Monitoring of electrical installation
