    Job Description


    We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager/Senior Manager who can support the strategic and financial planning function within FP&A team.

    Immediate projects may include enhancing the forecast model which will be the cornerstone for the company's planning and forecasting processes.

    This role will also help evaluate key business opportunities for ROI, standardize KPIs and streamline FP&A processes.

    In that regard, we are looking for a top strategic FP&A talent who is motivated, flexible, and resilient to become a change agent for our company's next chapter.

    Please note that this role in in office 4x a week so all applicants must be commutable distance from our Campbell office.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain bottom-up forecasting models (I/S, B/S, CFS) with a focus on forecast accuracy and adaptability to changing business dynamics
    • Support end-to-end planning and execution of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly/monthly forecasts, LRP)
    • Be a thought partner to company's leadership team to provide actionable business insights and recommendations on strategic corporate initiatives based upon financial analysis
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine key metrics (including SaaS metrics) and track their performance
    • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support as required
