- Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with department heads and senior management. Continuously monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and provide insights on variances.
- Strategic Planning Support: Partner with senior executives to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential business opportunities, investments, and initiatives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to gather financial data, assess business performance, and support decision-making. Serve as a financial liaison between different departments and provide financial guidance and support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Implement best practices and recommend innovative solutions to streamline workflows and drive process improvements.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Description
PURPOSE OF JOB:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Financial Planning Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing financial planning processes in a corporate environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning:
Develop long-term financial plans and forecasts to support corporate strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Assess the financial implications of strategic plans and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - or equivalent; MBA or CPA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
